| Prints are available of any of the images in the Fine Art Galleries, any of the photo galleries on the website, the photographs in Carl's book, 'Adirondacks: Views of an American Wilderness' - or by special request from Carl's extensive photo collection.
All of our prints are produced using digital technology to accurately reproduce the full detail, colors, and textures that were captured in the original scene. Digital darkroom techniques help Carl reproduce the rich vibrancy and emotion of the lighting when the photograph was taken. Once a photograph is digitally mastered, each print will have the same color tones and lustre when printed on similar media, at all print sizes. In addition to Archival Inkjet Prints, and Special Edition Fuji Crystal Archive Prints, Large Format Inkjet Prints are available by special request. These can be produced in sizes up to 6 feet high - or more - by whatever length the image is proportionally. Please contact us for quotes on specific sizes and images. More specific information on each of these types of prints is found on our print information page. The pricing information below is for the standard sizes of prints we produce. Please contact us by Email or phone with any specific questions about these prints or about sizes you don't see listed. All prints are sent rolled unless otherwise specified. |

| After having our prints framed in many different ways, we decided to work with a 'Fine Art' presentation and selected a frame and matte that works with every one of our prints. The frame is a simple, soft edged, black wood frame with a double white matte that has very small speckles giving it a slight bluish tone. On frames larger than 40" in width, we use a double silver-grey matte which has a similar tone. Smaller prints are framed with a 7/8" wide frame while medium sized and larger prints are framed with a 1 5/8" wide frame. Sizes listed are the actual print sizes. Finished framing adds approximately 4" in dimension on all 4 sides of the print. UPS Store SHIPPING and HANDLING COSTS for framed prints can be quoted once we know the shipping location. Shipping costs plus the special packaging costs can vary from $60. to over $200. depending on the framed print size and the distance to the shipping location. The largest print sizes go into oversize shipping rates. Sorry, we cannot ship any framed prints larger than 20" by 40". | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Posters can be framed 2 different ways. First is to dry mount the poster, and simply put it under glass with a nice frame around it. I typically let it up to the framer to choose a frame that works nicely with the print.
Second is to matte the poster to the poster image and then frame it under glass. For pricing, please refer to the size of the image on the poster that is listed on the page that has the information for that poster, then refer to the above pricing list for framing prints.
