This intermediate photography workshop is designed for those who are looking to learn more about their camera and the photography principles that apply to every photo taken. After you are comfortable with camera basics, this class is the next step to understanding how, when, and why to use adjust shooting options to control advanced topics like HDR exposure, depth of field, and creative uses of motion.

Equipment requirements include - a DSLR and lens system / or full featured point and shoot camera (preferably with screw-on filter and tripod capability), a sturdy tripod, and a remote release.

In addition, bring along a full variety of focal length lenses from wide angle to telephoto so you have can wrok with all the techniques we'll be covering. It's tougher to apply depth of field techniques to a point and shoot style camera, but it should be OK for everything else.

Please contact me with equipment questions. I often suggest folks take the class before buying new equipment since the information we cover will help you decide what you might like to add to your camera bag in the future!
